갤러리조은은 오는 4월 16일부터 20일까지 삼성동 코엑스(COEX)에서 열리는 2025 화랑미술제(Galleries Art Fair 2025)에 참가한다. 1979년에 처음 시작되어 올해로 43회를 맞이한 이번 행사는 총 168개의 국내 갤러리가 참여하는 역대 최대 규모로 진행될 예정이다.

올해 화랑미술제에서 갤러리조은은 국내외 현대미술을 선도하는 블루칩 작가들의 개성이 담긴 다채로운 작품들을 소개한다. 

먼저 많은 미술애호가들의 사랑을 받아온 변웅필 작가의 ‘Someone’ 시리즈와 백윤조 작가의 ‘Walk’ 시리즈가 관람객 여러분의 시선을 사로잡을 것이다. 성연화 작가는 특유의 ‘일필휘지’ 필체가 돋보이는 모노크롬 회화 ‘Identity’ 시리즈와 함께, 대표작인 ‘Flow’의 신작을 통해 한층 더 깊어진 작품 세계를 선보인다.

또한 자신만의 독창적인 작업세계를 구축해 주목받고 있는 이동구 작가와 최유성 작가의 밀도 높은 신작들, 갤러리조은이 전속으로 소개하고 있는 일본 작가 타츠히토 호리코시의 작품도 함께 만나보실 수 있다.

Gallery Joeun will participate in the Galleries Art Fair 2025, held at COEX in Samseong-dong from April 16th to 20th. This year marks the 43rd edition of the fair since its inception in 1979, and it will be the largest to date, featuring 168 Korean galleries.

At this year's Galleries Art Fair, Gallery Joeun is pleased to showcase a variety of unique and captivating works by blue-chip artists leading contemporary art both domestically and internationally. The exhibition will highlight Woong-pil Byun’s beloved "Someone" series and Yunzo Paek’s acclaimed "Walk" series, which have captured the attention of many art connoisseur. Artist Yeon-hwa Seong will present monochromatic paintings from her distinguished "Identity" series, featuring her iconic, calligraphic strokes, along with new works from her renowned "Flow" series that reflect deeper artistic explorations. Additionally, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy sophisticated and compelling new pieces by Dong-gu Lee and Yuseong Choi, who have each established distinctive artistic universes. We will also showcase works by the Japanese artist Tatsuhito Horikoshi, exclusively represented by Gallery Joeun.
